About Lance Lucarelli
Based in Bayonne, NJ, Lance Lucarelli serves as the CEO and president of The L Group and oversees projects dealing with real estate acquisition, land assembly, and structural design. A proponent of eco-friendly architecture in and beyond NJ, Lance Lucarelli works to ensure that each venture undertaken is environmentally sound and includes significant accommodations for green space.
One of his major projects is developing a 10-story residential property at 46th Street and Broadway on the former Resnick’s Hardware site. When completed, the building will comprise commercial space on the first floor and 91 residential units.
In early 2019, Lucarelli’s firm issued a redevelopment plan in Bayonne where Pagano’s Supermarket once was. The project involves construction for a pair of 22-story towers that will become the tallest structures from Jersey City to New Brunswick. One of the plan’s key aspects includes reserving ground-floor space for a supermarket such as Trader Joes, which will bring a big-box grocery store back to the downtown area.
Beyond Lucarelli’s professional responsibilities, he is actively involved in his community and frequently engages in efforts to help those in need. He also aids his fellow snowmobilers by helping to create trails for them and cross-country skiers.
